We are absolutely delighted with our new window treatments from Smart Window Creations. The entire process from preliminary appraisal to project completion was seamless and professional. Aileen made a careful initial assessment of our needs, and her excellent design skills and detailed knowledge of materials and colors helped us to select cornices, panels, and shades with which we are completely happy and satisfied. Installation by Lee and Matt was both expert and efficient. Smart Window Creations will certainly be our stop for window treatments in the future.

I just had a new vertical sliding blind installed and needed an existing blind adjusted. Jason did a fabulous job. He made some on-site adjustments to make sure the blind fit perfectly with my existing valences. Love the new vertical. Thanks Aileen for such great service!

Aileen is a pro. You have her full attention when you are together, and she hears what you say. Aileen took plenty of time up front to know us, our needs and our budget. She zeroed in on product and material choices that were right on for us. All questions and concerns were well fielded before our decision was made. We truly appreciated Aileen’s being on top of the order and install as they proceeded. Again, this is what a pro does. Our shades are, well, fantastic. The remote operation is so worth the cost—VERY happy we opted for this feature. The beautiful shades make a statement in our home snd are wonderfully functional. Smart Window Creations installed shades in our rental condo 3 years ago, and we have been thrilled with the product and services provided. The shades have withstood the punishment that renters give them on a daily basis. The installation was perfect, and Aileen has been helpful with selection, purchase and service, and she totally stands behind her products.

We had a wonderful experience with Smart Window Creations, Inc. Our problem began when a cord broke on one of our nearly 20-year-old, powered, 14' tall, honeycomb, blackout shades. After a very long and unsatisfactory response by the company that originally installed our blinds, we were left with a now-failed motor and our bedroom shade stuck at half open. Aileen Smart came to the rescue. She helped us figure out just what our color and fabric options were given the large size of the window and that honeycombs were not available. She put together a team to replace the motor and wall controls and to install the blinds. They even did all of the work while we were on an extended vacation!
